PRICE
These prices are for members of the
wholesale trade only and are FOB at our location. These prices are subject
to change without notice.
CONDITIONS
OF SALE
Any liability ceases after materials are
loaded onto your truck. R. L. Winters liability shall not exceed the
purchase price. All complaints must be filed within 10 days of sale.
Restocking of pulled orders will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
TERMS
OF PAYMENT
All materials are cash or cashier’s
check upon pick up. Materials delivered may be prepaid or COD. Once a
customer has established a buying record with R. L. Winters Wholesale
Supply, credit may be made available.
All credit terms
are net 30 days. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.6% monthly interest rate.
SHIPPING
R. L. Winters Nursery can schedule
shipping to you at reasonable rates. The shipping costs are payable to the
carrier. Purchaser shall provide a forklift to unload palletized unless
prior arrangements are made with the carrier.
DISCOUNT
POLICY
Customers with a reliable buying pattern
of over $2,500 may receive a 5% discount upon request. These discounts do
not apply to sale priced items and some regular catalog items.
